Connecting basketball and community through training, camps and travel basketball.

Hoop Club is an Evansville-based nonprofit AAU basketball organization focused on player development, teamwork and competitive opportunities. The program helps local athletes improve through structured practices, skill sessions, small-group training, camps, open runs and travel basketball.

Hoop Club is a proud member of the E32 League and celebrated an AAU World Championship in 2026, just its second year as an organization.

🔥 UPCOMING PLAYER EVALUATIONS

Interested in joining Southern Indiana’s premier grassroots basketball program? Hoop Club will hold player evaluations on Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026.

🏀 Evaluation Schedule

  • Grades 9–11: 1–2:30 PM

  • 8th Grade: 2:35–3:35 PM

  • 7th Grade: 3:40–4:40 PM

  • 6th Grade: 4:45–5:45 PM

  • 5th Grade: 5:50–6:50 PM

📅 Evaluation Details

  • Date: Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026

  • Cost: $5 per player

  • Who must attend: New and returning players

  • Arrival: Players should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled evaluation time.

  • Before arriving: Complete the required player-information form through Hoop Club’s evaluation post.

Returning Hoop Club players are still required to participate in evaluations.

💪 SMALL-GROUP TRAINING

Hoop Club offers small-group basketball training designed to help players develop new skills and get additional repetitions outside of regular team practices.

Current Training Groups

  • Grades 4–7: 7–8 PM

  • Grades 8–High School: 8–9 PM

  • Days: Monday–Thursday

  • Cost: $15 per player

  • Location: 3400 N. Green River Road, Evansville

Training availability and schedules may change, so families should check Hoop Club’s current Facebook posts before attending.

⛹️ OPEN RUNS

Hoop Club periodically hosts affordable open runs at Evansville Day School. These sessions give players an opportunity to compete, get extra court time and learn more about the program.

Recent groups have included:

  • Girls in grades 4–12

  • Boys in grades 5–6

  • Boys in grades 7–8

  • High school players

Recent open runs have been offered for $5 per player. Dates and age-group times are announced through Hoop Club’s social media pages.

🏀 TRAVEL BASKETBALL

Hoop Club’s travel program provides athletes with opportunities to develop through:

  • Structured team practices

  • Weekly training and skill sessions

  • League play

  • Local and regional tournaments

  • Camps and clinics

  • Sports-performance development

  • High-level competition

Player evaluations are announced seasonally. Families interested in joining Hoop Club should follow the organization for upcoming evaluation dates and team openings.

🏆 2026 AAU WORLD CHAMPIONS

Hoop Club captured an AAU World Championship in 2026 during only its second year of operation.

The championship reflected the program’s emphasis on preparation, player retention and team basketball. Returning athletes trained through weekly practices and skill sessions while working toward a shared goal.
